Threefold Ministries works closely with Pastor Adan Reinosa Silva of Nueva Vida en Cristo Church. With our assistance Pastor Silva is able to operate a church school providing education for students up to grade five.
Training of pre-primary and primary/basic school teachers: A five-year secondary level course on completion of primary education consisting of three years' general education followed by two years' specialization leads to the Diploma de Maestro de Educación Primaria. It takes place in Escuelas Normales.
Children in Nicaragua are required to attend school from age 6 to age 12 in a primary school and upon graduation are awarded a "Diploma de Educación Primaria". According to UNICEF statistics only slightly over 60% of children actually complete grade five and only 40% go on to secondary education.

Sandra Karolina Cerna teaches third grade at Nueva Vida en Cristo Church school. Her salary is provided by St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Parry Sound and supplemented by Threefold Ministries
Claudia Cruz Moreira teaches fifth grade at Nueva Vida en Cristo Church school. Her salary is provided by Threefold Ministries.
